Quick opening blind plate includes blind cover, barrel flange, safety interlock device, opening and closing mechanism and supporting frame.

The safety interlock function of the blind plate is composed of safety lock plate and pressure relief device (the blind plate is self-locking, shockproof, loose-proof and can be opened for secondary pressure relief).
